Glass Fiber is a Alkali Resistant Monofilament Fiber with higher Young's Modulus and is specifically designed as per the standard specification of Fiber Reinforced Concrete. This fiber is incorporated in mortar or concrete, in order to optimize plastic shrinkage cracks over the finished surface. And to enhance the toughness in mortar and concrete applications. Typically used at a dosage rate of 0.6 to 1.2 Kg/m3 of the concrete.
